Personal Sponsorship

So if any athletes or companies read this and have success with personal sponsorship I would love some advice. I am a luge athlete and on the younger side of my sport and dont have the results that companies are looking for. Any body have some ideas or suggestions to help me out? Thank you very much!! Monica
